It was exactly as described. It felt really spacious. The condo was clean. It was really quite. I could never hear anything from the outside while sleeping. Seth was so great. He was available at any time for questions. He really seem to want to make sure that our stay was something special and fun. Suggested a few fun spots as the weather was bad during my stay. The location is right by Pier Park shopping. The community has 2 nice pools if you don't want to go to the beach. The beach was so nice and clean every morning. My family stayed here the week of July 4th. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Pier Park, the pier, restaurants and any of the rentals your would want (golf carts, bike rentals, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.) The two pools had plenty of room, especially during the busy week we were there. The beach chair service included was great. There are also foldable chairs in the unit, which is so nice (we able to set up a spot a little closer to the water, as well). Seth was AMAZING at communicating with us, from the time we booked the unil until we checked out and after when we though we left something behind. The Salty Nest app was so helpful with all of the information that was provided, as far as where to eat to the appliances in the unit, it was just so useful! We will absolutely be staying here again. The unit had everything we needed, not to mention, being on the 20th floor, the view was beautiful!!! ##### Daniel B. The condo was beautiful and super clean. Very close to food and shopping and fun things to do. It was nice to park the car and not need it once we got there. First off, Seth is amazing! Our group traveled to Florida from different areas. It was chaotic to say the least. What was EASY- was everything once we arrived. The condo is gorgeous and accommodated our group perfectly. The condo was very clean, nicely updated, beds comfortable, smart tvs so that we could log in and stream from our favorite sites. Very comfortable and plenty of seating inside and on the balcony. We had Walmart deliver groceries and ate in most of the time. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans that made our stay feel like home. The drip/pod coffee pot was a huge hit and fit the different likes of our group perfectly. The beach is literally right outside. The tiki bar on the beach was super convenient. Beach service was amazing. The beach guys would even come around and sweep the sand off of the loungers! We felt like queens! All around perfect. Pier park is a short walk across the street. We enjoyed shopping and ice cream! I had a few questions during the stay and did text Seth. He was very quick to answer and give suggestions. Just perfect!! We will absolutely stay again. ##### Jonette P.
