There is an updated well-stocked kitchen if you choose to cook (or a quick 4 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and bars in Pier Park). Free high speed WIFI, DirecTV with premium move channels & a new huge smart streaming TV. This 1-bedroom 1.5-bath sleeps a maximum of four. Location, location, location! Very close to Pier Park. Walk to shopping, eating, movie theater and more. Calypso is the closest complex to Pier Park. The condo has a comfy KING bed in the primary ensuite and you can wake up to the sound (and view) of the ocean. There is a new (2022) queen sleeper sofa in living room. \* This is in Tower 1, and is on the beach. (Towers 1-2 are on the beach. Tower 3 is across the street) \* Please read before booking: \* No Pets \* Renter must be 25 or older \* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. It was myself and 2 other friends, and we had plenty of room. The condo is in a perfect location, right beside the elevators and stairs. I will definitely be staying there again!
