We are only 4 blocks from the beach & 2 blocks from the boat launch. The home also features a private hot tub, free golf cart, custom-built tiki bar, and Margaritaville machine Frozen Concoction Maker! The spacious primary bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed bunk with a twin on top, plus an additional twin bed. All beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need—dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave—to whip up delicious meals. Relax in the outdoor space complete with outdoor chairs, perfect for BBQs and unwinding after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer are available in the storage room at the back of the house for your convenience. Free WiFi, board games, and DVDs are provided to keep everyone entertained. Please only park in designated spots. Please be aware that our home is situated near wooded areas, which means you may occasionally see a palmetto bug or dead cockroach during your stay. We perform monthly pest control treatments, and finding dead insects is a sign that the treatment is effective. However, if doors are left open at night, the likelihood of palmetto bugs entering increases.
