There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The balcony is huge and great views. The condo is right above the 3rd level of parking so getting to the car was quick and easy, elevators also very close to this condo which was very convenient. Our girls loved getting flavored slushies from the little place across the street everyday. The only negative I would have is there were no beach chairs. The only issues we had were a broken laundry room door, which we were told would be fixed during the week, but it wasn't. I reported a pillow with blood stains on it, a slow draining master shower, and trash on the rooftop next to the balcony. Nothing was addressed. I called property manager twice for a second parking pass and was given two different prices. Lastly, we were locked out of property at 9:12 a.m. rather than 10:00 a.m. (our code stopped working).
