Situated less than a mile from the closest public beach access point, and bordering Camp Helen State Park to the East, this home provides a serene coastal escape. Additionally, the neighborhood features a large pool and a community dock for convenient access to Lake Powell, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other water activities. The newly-constructed underpass at the corner of the 30A and Highway 98 has now officially opened, allowing easy bike/pedestrian access to the beach. You'll enjoy both the tranquility of the surroundings and the convenience of nearby amenities. The upscale shopping and dining at 30Avenue are within close proximity, while familiar grocery stores and entertainment options at Pier Park are just a short drive away. Furthermore, the Panama City Airport is only a 20-minute drive from the property. The owners thought of everything and had amenities including bikes, games, a nice plunge pool, a grill, and kitchen that was fully stocked with every dish/cookware you can think of. We enjoyed our stay at Limelight. There was plenty of room in the house and the upstairs porch with TV was great. We would stay there again. The following comments may be helpful to anyone renting. The small pool does not get much sun but was well heated for us. The kitchen was completely empty of any supplies like salt/pepper, oil, coffee filters, foil and such. Be sure to purchase anything you need. Also, the outside grilling area does not have any lighting which is an issue after dark. ##### Amy G. My in-laws stayed a few nights with us and we never felt crowded! The thing that stood out the most was how quickly the Coast team responded to my messages. They were very quick and helpful for any issues/questions we had! I was very impressed. The kitchen had just about any tool you could think of, which was amazing. The kitchen appliances were all new and they even had kids dinnerware/utensils!! We appreciated the dish soap and dishwasher pods provided SO much. The pool was clean and a perfect size for young kids. It was definitely worth paying the daily rate to have it heated. The laundry room was huge and loved the long counter top to fold laundry/store pantry items. We did not find a pantry for use, but we did not mind using the laundry room counter top as storage. The bedrooms are quite spacious and the location is excellent. Thank you for the prompt response regarding the bike and also our inquiries we really appreciated it. However, I would like to give a couple of recommendations. For example, the kitchen lacks more pots and pans since the house is for 10 people and what is provided is not enough. On another note, when we rented the house, there was no mention that there would be an extra charge for the heated pool, which I found unfair. If you are providing the service for the pool, at least it should be mentioned so that we can decide from the beginning whether to choose this property or not. As for the outdoor lights, how is it possible that they are decorative and not functioning? To use the grill, we had to rely on our cellphone light as if we didn’t have electricity, which was very inconvenient. ##### Valery A. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in the perfect area, just minutes away from Rosemary Beach and the 30A street. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The hosts were incredibly responsive and fixed our AC issue so quickly, which we truly appreciated.
