This was the 5th time, first time at tower 3. It was more afforbable, but wasn't as direct beach access as tower 1 and 2. Was perfect location for all race activities and Pier Park. Condo is updated, but things like hand towel hooks and soap shelves in shower are not present. Was a little odd but we made due. They had a better gym than tower 1 and 2, but didn’t open until 7am, so early risers aren't able to use it. We comfortably fit 2 adults and 5 kiddos with room to spare. Loved the whole laundry room with extra storage closet for beach gear. Enormous balcony with table and shade to enjoy the view, which was stunning to look out on the emerald water, white sand, and pretty pier. Comfy beds! The resort was gorgeous and well maintained, the pool was stunning and had lots of features. We enjoyed the workout room too. The location was spectacular, we had everything we could ever need in walking distance and more than we could imagine. Easy drive to other parts of town, like the lagoon for an excursion. The unit was clean and fairly well equipped (could use a few more kitchen tools/bakeware and a few extra blankets). Responsive booking agency, though we did get a lot of emails full of information/policies and had to sift through everything for pass codes. When we needed help with something, however, they were quick to assist and easily available.
