This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period. PLEASE MESSAGE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FROM COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION FOR DETAILS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION. During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach; however, alcohol is allowed at the pool areas. The City of Panama City Beach typically restricts beach access during the month of March from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. Two beach chairs with an umbrella are included in the rental March 01 through October 31, 2026\. 3-Bedroom on the 6th Floor of Tower 2 Adjacent to Lagoon Pool and Polynesian Pool. The unit number is 601\. This 3- bedroom condo has been completely remodeled for 2025 and you will absolutely love it! Located on the 6th floor of Tower 2, this condo is a sophisticated slice of coastal life at the beach. Done in charcoals and shades of blue, it is just what you are looking for when you come to the world's most beautiful beach! This condo has undergone a complete remodel for 2025\. Completely new kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and flooring, The condo has been completely repainted and has all new millwork and new cabinetry, stunning quartz surfaces, high quality stainless appliances, sleek fixtures. There is a new coffee bar with shelving and granite counters. There is a Keurig and an automatic drip coffee maker at the coffee bar. All the bathrooms have dual sinks and granite countertops as well. This condo includes two master suites with walk-in showers. There is also a guest room with two queen beds. The condo can accommodate up to 8 guests. This condo has flat screen TVs in every room. YOU WILL LOVE IT! The primary suite has a king sized bed, adjacent bath with walk-in shower and balcony access. The second bedroom has two queen beds, an adjacent full bath with tub/shower combination and balcony access. The third bedroom has a king bed, adjacent bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks and a private balcony with two deck chairs and an accent table. There are charcoal grills on the property located at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4. The living room has a sofa, love seat and two swivel chairs. The dining area has seating for 6 and the breakfast bar has seating for two. The extra large balcony has an outdoor table with seating for 4 and two highboy chairs with accent table. Long Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are within walking distance, or a short drive away. The property has two heated swimming pools and a large lagoon pool complete with islands and waterfalls. There is a hot tub adjacent to each pool. This is our 2nd year staying with Long Beach Resort and we have had problems with check-in both years. This year we didn't get our door code until 4:20, after I called to request it. The 10 years previous, we've stayed at Shores of Panama, and we ALWAYS had our door code 2 to 3 hours prior to check-in, and 10 times out of 10, our room was ready early. After driving all day, and after they have your money, the last thing anyone wants is a lack of information to get in the room. Other than that, the room was great! ##### christy w. There were large windows all across the back of the unit (2 bedrooms & living areas) showcasing the beautiful view. The third bedroom was private with it's own balcony. Honestly the only suggestions I could make are that for the amount paid for the unit and the number of people it it holds that there should be more supplies; 2 toilet papers in each bathroom, 2 paper towels, 3-4 trash bags etc. The pool area with hangout grill was wonderful! There were only 2 elevators and one was broken down twice while we were there. Even with that we never waited more than 3-4 minutes for an elevator. The common areas were kept clean. We noted someone spraying the sand off the ramp to the beach. The beach wasn't overly crowded either and this was in July. There are several restaurants around the condo so really no need to go to the busy area unless to shop at Peir Park. The traffic was minimal even at typically busy times. There is a Walmart literally behind the condo (0.2 mile). We loved that it is a parking lot and NOT a parking garage! It is difficult to fit larger SUV's/Truck in parking spaces of a garage. We loved that there were security persons at the entrance and they walked the grounds at night. This is the best area to stay as a family. All the amenities without the crowd. ##### Eddie G. The beach was beautiful and lots of beachfront. The actual condo was fine but not like the photos or description. There is no way it was just remodeled unless they did it themselves. The remodel was very much a hack job. The floor was so dirty our feet were instantly black and white socks ruined. There is barely anything provided so you have to buy a lot to stay here. We had construction next to us and we were not notified, so we were woke up each day by 9:30 from pounding noises. The correspondence from the property management company was quite rude. Also, the nice lagoon pool isn’t heated so it was colder than the ocean and no one was swimming in it! I would definitely stay in this condo complex again, but not in this unit. ##### Ashley H. This particular unit is great and we really loved the updated decor. I would suggest to the property owners to update the mattresses as we all were very sore and stiff by the end of the week from the old mattresses. I would also suggest updating your TVs. We all love to watch TV in the evening, but the ones in the bedroom were small and outdated. Smart TVs would have been nice. we traveled with one Roku device so we use that between the living room and bedroom TVs. Owner was prompt with responses to our concerns. Pools and view was great. My biggest complaint was the elevators not working. Our first day we had to pack all our stuff and groceries up 6 flights of stairs. Multiple days the elevators did not work. This unit was, by far, the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in when it comes to the kitchen. It made cooking in much easier as we did not have to navigate around not having enough pots, pans, can opener, etc. The only complaint is how late checking time was. 5 pm is the latest we have ever had to deal with and made it very hard having young children and the time change from EST as it was right at dinner time. Wish there was a way to have that time moved up for a fee or something. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. ##### Ashley P. The wide layout with full window views of both beach and surf was amazing. The kitchen was so well stocked and organized, the third bedroom gave our adult kids with an infant plenty of space and privacy. The resort with its warm water pools kept us swimming even in February. Would highly recommend this gated community - on the beach, easy access for those daily beach walks! My family and I spent Christmas at the condo and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The condo is spacious. Everyone had their own space and plenty of room. We started each day with a walk on the beach and ended it with a dip in the hot tub. I took pics from the balcony of every sunrise and sunset as each one was slightly different.
