Twin Palms Resort Unit 1005 is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. It is a two bedroom and two bathroom unit. The condo has been completely remodeled through out. It has new paint, new furniture, and new bedding. The living room area is complete with a sleeper sofa, additional sofa, and accent chair. The master bedroom has a king bed, sliding glass door to balcony, and private bath. The second bedroom has one king bed and access to second bath. The unit will sleep 4 people in beds plus sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you would need to make yourself at home. The dining area is complete with a large table that seats six people and a bar with three stools. The extra large balcony has a table with six chairs. The unit comes complete with free WiFi. You must be 25 years old to rent this unit. No Smoking and No Pets!!!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We stayed nine nights and had more privacy on the end of the building. The balcony was best part, very large with nice hightop table with four chairs and sunset view. As a bonus, balcony wraps around to a smaller part with a great breeze, amazing city view at night, and sunrise. Large, stacking W/D was nice. No problems checking in or during stay. One thing that could be improved is the way the A/C works. The thermostat was set and the fan ran 24/7 and could not be changed to auto because the menu item was locked. Increasing the temp on the control pad was almost impossible and then it didn't really change anything. We were not as comfortable without full control over the A/C.

The condo was beautiful! We only had one minor issue of the flapper needing replaced in the 2nd bathroom, however Lisa got that fixed for us that same night we checked in. The condo felt like a home away from home! The view from the balcony was extraordinary! Especially the sunsets. The location is perfect, a Walmart just a hop skip and a jump away for groceries or anything else you might need. We enjoyed ourselves so much, I can’t wait to plan our next vacation to this exact place! Wonderful memories to cherish for a lifetime! Thank you Lisa for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!!!

Family vacation

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Location was great! The pool was awesome and very big. The only complaint is the kitchen. The stove had one good burner once you figured out how to regulate the heat. There was also only one good skillet to use as the others stuck really bad so it made it pretty inconvenient to cook breakfast while we were there. We of course made it work. Other than that, our trip was great! We would stay here again.

This condo is in such a great location. It was very clean! Good communication with the owner, Lisa! Had pretty much everything we needed except beach towels, oddly. Price was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Will definitely book again!!

The condo was awesome! Everything was so clean and tidy. It was awesome to find a condo that had two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. On top of that to be king size beds. The balcony was very large and had chairs and a table that I would love to have at my house. Also being an end unit was nice so you didn't have people walking back and forth in front of the door but you were still close enough to the elevators. Lisa was easy to communicate with. I only had one issue where I couldn't find the email w/the gate code. She responded in less than 5 min w/all the info I needed. The location was perfect. It was near the Walmart and straight across the street from a small place to get breakfast that was yummy and the Daiquiri Shack for adult beverages. The cost was very reasonable w/no crazy fees tacked on. The property itself was clean and well taken care of. The pool was a good size and you didn't feel like you were walking a mile on the beach down to the water. It was a smaller condo so there weren't a million people packed in so there was plenty of space to set up your chairs. You also didn't have to wait very long for an elevator. I have had horrible experiences with this in the past at other condos. I booked this reservation on a whim, to surprise my daughter for her 15th birthday, which was only 3 weeks out and can absolutely positively say that I was lucky this unit was available. Thanks so much for a great vacation!! We'll be back!

Just so great—I wish we could stay forever!

This condo is clean and tastefully decorated and roomy and the beds are comfy and the balcony is huge and the owners are great! Just can’t say enough good things. But don’t rent it because I want it all to myself! Kidding, I’ll share. We will be back!
