This fabulous house is located on the cusp of Rosemary and Inlet Beach on the coveted Walton Rose Lane. With 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, there are comfortable accommodations for up to 20 guests. The home's incredible amenities include a private pool, fire pit, carriage house, and multiple sprawling porches. It's professionally designed with functionality and luxury in mind, with notable features such as handcrafted Venetian plaster finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. The first floor's kitchen and living room have awe-inspiring details, from the backsplash to the fireplace to the light fixtures. There is combined seating for 15 guests to enjoy a meal together at the dining table and island. The first bedroom is down the hall with a king bed and private bathroom. On the second floor, guests will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a king bed and a private bathroom. There is also a laundry room with multiple, full-size appliances, and a secondary living room that includes a full-over-full built-in bunk. The third floor has an identical floor plan as the second, with the only difference being there are 2 bunks instead of 1. There is a ping pong table in the living area and a balcony with Gulf views on this floor as well. The spiral staircase leads to a lookout tower that has its own sitting area, perfect for sipping a cocktail or enjoying a morning coffee. There is also a carriage house accompanying the home that has a king bedroom and 2 twins in the loft. It has its own living room and kitchenette with natural, wooden cabinetry and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy use of the lovely grilling area under the veranda that has beautiful patio furniture and an outdoor dining table. The large pool with the home comes with lounge seating and a fire pit to enjoy year-round. The home has 7 adult bikes that are meant for cruising around 30A or around the neighborhood! This house is beautiful and matches the descriptions and photos on the listing. The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked (pots, pans, utensils, etc). However there were no cleaning supplies, garbage bags, washing detergent. Not even soap to wash your hands with. There is also a pool but they don’t provide any pool towels which I thought was really strange. The listing should state that all supplies need to be provided by the guests. Since the home was beautiful, location was great, and beds were comfortable we would stay again! But just be warned that you’ll need to do a grocery run to get some basic things. ##### Danielle M. It had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The guest house was also nice additional space. One of the bathrooms was not clean upon arrival, the coffee pot was full of old coffee grounds, we also found some empty cans and bottles and the laundry room had sand all over the floor. We had some issues with the dishwashers which they addressed quickly. The outdoor, kitchen and living room spaces were so nice very comfortable for a large group to hang out. It is BEAUTIFUL - the details, the two fridges, ice maker, wine cooler, amazing pool and carriage house, bikes, swings, I could go on and on! It was the first time to the area for a lot of my girlfriends and I know they are already looking to come back! It was truly a special weekend and we absolutely loved the house. ##### Allison B.
