This gorgeous, newly constructed 3-story, 6-bedroom, 6-bath WaterSound getaway has it all: a private pool, golf cart, and spectacular outdoor living spaces—and it’s just a short walk to the quartz-sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. It even has Gulf views!  
  
The chef’s kitchen on the first floor features premium stainless appliances, marble countertops, and a vast island with seating for 4\. The kitchen opens onto a dining area with seating for 8, as well as a living room with exposed ceiling timber accents and a flatscreen TV—the perfect venue for vacation movie night. Glass French doors and an abundance of windows allow for plenty of natural light.   
  
Open the sweeping glass sliding doors and the kitchen give onto a vast indoor/outdoor area complete with a flatscreen TV, making it the perfect place to entertain or to gather for game day. A few steps away is the private gated pool, which will keep everyone cool throughout the day. A comfortable set of chaise lounge chairs makes it as comfortable as it is fun.   
  
The first floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bath with a shower only. Ascending to the second floor, you come to a second living room with a flatscreen television. Just off this area is a second primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bath with a shower and tub. The second floor is also home to 3 guest bedrooms—all with king beds and beautifully appointed private baths with showers only. The second floor also has a laundry room with a front-loading washer and dryer.
