The location is great and the building is really nice. Overall the condo was nice, but could definitely use a deep clean. The floors were really dirty (as in if you walk on them barefoot, your feet will be black). The master bathtub was also really slow draining. The couches were comfortable but looked like they could use a good clean as well. The kitchen was updated and had everything you would need. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice and clean. The walls were pretty scuffed and could use a touch up of paint but not a big deal. The pools were both nice and proximity of the beach was fantastic. Having food and bar poolside was a great perk. The system of having to park across the road in the garage and pre-register your vehicle and print off your parking tag was irritating. That’s the only major issue with the property. I know it’s common in the area but isn’t great for more elderly guests. They also only have a few luggage carts which were super small, so the unloading process took a bit. The only downside, our condo was a corner unit which is what we always prefer, however our view of the beach was for the condo beside us. We were unable to see our beach and our friends from the balcony. Usually not an issue but my mother doesn't always come down all day and she was unable to see us or wave and take pics of us from the balcony. The bunk room had no door and I may have read wrong but was under the impression it was a separate room. Overall the condo was great and we loved the location.
