Upstairs, natural light shines through the back wall of windows in the living and kitchen areas, showcasing the gorgeous Gulf views. After a day of exploring, curl up on the 2 couches and watch TV with the family. We had a few communication issues - came back to condo to find exterminator inside the unit- we had no idea they were going to be there. We were close to everything but the crowds! The beach is a 5 minute walk from the condo and the pool is a 3 minute walk. There are actually two pools that we visited. The hallway bunkbeds were perfect for my 10 and 12 year old girls and the downstairs master with access to the boardwalk was so convenient. The upstairs living space was perfect for our group and the upstairs patio was a great place in the evenings. The only downside was that the garbage disposal kept acting up and when too many electrical things were on (microwave and toaster oven) the breaker would flip. The primary bedroom & main living space look right out to the sand dunes and Gulf. The townhouse itself is nothing short of spectacular. Beautifully and obviously professionally decorated. It’s great for families, girls trips or anyone looking to be removed from the crowds further down the beach. A few things to note: - I had emailed 360Blue twice with questions in advance of our arrival and got zero response to either. - Every rental has a spectrum of the basics: this house provides a small bag of coffee (2 pots worth), small dish soap, a sponge and two tabs for the dishwasher. My group donated 100 coffee filters b/c you’ll need them. Also BYO Saran Wrap and salt & pepper. Absolutely none of that is there. Just plates, utensils and coffee mugs. - it is a drive (not a walk or bike ride) to Rosemary and Alys Beaches. You definitely need a car if you plan to do anything besides beach.
