This coastal gem offers convenient access to 30A and biking trails, located near renowned Alys and Rosemary Beach for shopping and dining. Revel in stunning Gulf views and ocean sounds from the inviting decks and private poolside patio—less than 1 block from gated beach access!  
  
The spacious outdoor entertainment areas on the first floor set the tone for a sun-soaked getaway in this classic 3-story Florida beach house. Enjoy the refreshing pool or gather around the picnic table for an alfresco meal from the grill. A covered patio with plush furniture offers respite from the sun, while the enclosed outdoor shower boasts hot water and a comfortable changing area. Inside, 2 bedrooms complete this floor—1 guest bedroom with a private bathroom and queen bed, and 1 spacious primary with a king bed, deluxe cast iron soaking tub in the private bathroom, and patio access.  
  
The second floor is the heart of this professionally furnished and decorated home, characterized by white shiplap walls and hardwood flooring in the spacious open floor plan.
