The cleaning staff should be able to communicate with clients they didn’t understand when I asked them for a broom and dustpan to clean up the sand off the floor otherwise it was perfect.

It was a nice visit, except they charged my credit card twice for a fee, and I had to deal with showing them that it was actually charged twice and having to wait for my card to be credited back.

The room was clean and okay, however there was nowhere to hang clothes and no counter space in bathroom. Bathroom had pedestal sink. Really liked the grounds and beach view.

The check in was easy and quick. The room was not as advertised. Bathrooms was tiny compared to images. Found spiders in the room. Was supposed to have a room with a balcony but only had a window. Someone from the hotel was using an orange cone to reserve parking spaces close to the hotel. Overall it was good for one night just to get some sleep but i wont use them again. Not complimentary breakfast and the floors were dirty in the room when we checked in.

The location of the property is wonderful and in a great area right next to the beach. The rooms are dated and our sink was leaking from day one. They fixed it the next day. I would say it was worth it for the price and the location.

The floor must not have been swept because our feet was dirty when we walked on the floor barefooted. The bathroom was dirty, there was a man’s pair of underwear behind the toilet. The staff was rude and didn’t explain well enough where our room was. Had us walking around for 20 mins trying to find it we asked 3 times for help and barely helped us the very last time.

Great location! Upkeep seems to be at an all time low. Rooms were ok for the price, but bathroom was definitely uncomfortable to use. Felt like I had to tip toe around because I didn’t think it was clean and it smelled. Definitely could use some renovations. But overall family had a great time on the beach! For me and my family preferences, probably won’t book there again

Stay here if you want sandy sheets, to beg for clean towels, and more than 2 pillows per bed. The area surrounding the hotel was great, the beach access was good and the pools were good. However, the pictures posted were misleading, the rooms were small. The staff was not friendly or willing to be helpful. We had to request room service 3 separate times after they told us it would be serviced. Wouldn’t choose to stay here in the future.

I stay here almost every time I come to the beach. The ground floor rooms ON the beach are my favorites. The staff is friendly. Everything is amazing! My only complaint to this day is if you have more than one vehicle, having to park the other in “overflow”. Because it is so far away & you can’t keep eyes on your vehicle. Other than that no complaints. One of my favorite vacation rentals!!

Horrible serveice would not reccomend pictures on the website are deceiving. Roaches in the room, huge bugs and spiders, bathroom smelled of urine, walls were so dirty with gunk all on them , door did not have under gaurd so anyone could enter our hotel room complained the fisrt day i got there and they didnt fix anything until my last day very unprofessional staff members. I asled to speak with managment which never contacted me we planned on staying more says but left at 7 am the next day. Not happy with this establishment and will never come back to this place at all do not recommend

The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. Our room was a little out dated but CLEAN!! The security guards were constantly walking the property which made us feel safe. The only complaint I had was they forgot to bring us fresh towels and TP. There were 4 of us so we needed towels after the first night. Rather then keep bothering them I just went and bought a few towels and wash clothes and TP Everyone we came in contact with that worked there was so polite and helpful
