Affectionately known as “Blue Loft” this 3 bedroom + bunk condo boasts luxurious furnishings and appointments in every room. A cozy bunk nook is great for kids, and a gorgeous master bedroom offers a private sanctuary with a king bed and opulent en-suite bathroom.Your stylish retreat also has a private balcony, shared access to a pool, and a bonus lofted living space with a dining area and wet bar.

Upscale appointments abound in the contemporary main living space, featuring soaring ceilings, dark wood floors, and beach-chic furnishings. Unwind between two plush sofas and a pair of matching armchairs. A 65” wall-mounted awaits for movie nights. Upstairs, a lofted living area offers a stylish retreat. There's a welcoming sitting area with a 48" wall-mounted TV, a four-person dining table, and a wet bar for whipping up favorite drinks.

The exquisite kitchen wows with glossy white cabinetry and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. In the mornings, sip coffee at a breakfast bar with four plush chairs. Beside the kitchen, an open dining area accommodates six.

The condo sleeps up to eight guests between the three beautifully finished bedrooms and a hallway sleeping area. Upstairs, the tranquil master bedroom has a king bed, 39” wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony. A luxe en-suite bathroom appointed with Carrera marble and glass tiles has a walk-in shower. On the entry level, the second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The third bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with an inviting walk-in shower. A cozy sleeping area in the hallway is perfect for kids, with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the warm coastal breeze on the private balcony. There's plenty of comfortable seating and tables to enjoy casual dining and ice-cold drinks after a day of fun-filled adventures.

Great to be back.

Perfect location, fantastic accommodation, yet not prperly stocked kitchen. As a former beach property owner and landlord (property rental owner) I was surprised that a "Rosemary" property had a completely under stocked kitchen. Not enough "kitchen gear" (tools, forks and knives, wine openers, pots and pans. It would have been nice not to have had to go to grocery store and have to buy salt, pepper, aluminium foil, etc. Yes, a little surprised. Overall our stay and visit back to 30a was fantastic.

Everything about this condo was perfect! It was in the perfect location at Rosemary beach, within walking distance to the beach & multiple pools. It looked just like advertised. . We had plenty of room for the four of us. We had a great time. See you back in October.

We have stayed here several times throughout the years, as we love the location overlooking the square and its location near the coffee shop. Although some of the furnishings have been upgraded, overall this rental has been allowed to just exist and be turned over. during our previous trip, the back bedroom that was warm and we had to have a temporary air conditioner brought in, it remains stuffy and warm, obviously no efforts to remedy the situation over the years. The kitchen is finished out with only the bare essentials of a few rag tag items, no replenishment of cookware, cooking gadgets etc to enhance the cooking experience here. The cushions out on the terrace porch furniture have never been cleaned or replaced, they are the same stained and dirty ones we have seen for the last 6-8 years. This will be our last time to stay at this roomy, well-situated condo, which used to be fresh and inviting.

Great place... horrible washer/dryer

The condo was actually very nice and I would definitely say a good value for the number of rooms (it was really too big for our family of 4,) however.... When I go on a beach vacation I always depend on having a good washer and dryer. It not only helps logistically during the trip (clean bathing suits and towels after going to the beach, etc) but it is a huge plus to go home with a bag of clean clothes. The "dryer" at this property is vent-less. I didn't know that such a thing existed and it really shouldn't. It basically rendered the washing machine useless. There were plenty of signs detailing how it was more eco-friendly than a vented dryer, but let's be honest, they're just making excuses. So -- I like the property -- but there is no way I would stay here again unless I had proof that they had a REAL dryer.
