House was clean, stocked with all the easentails, close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We had an amazing time relaxing in and around the pool (which is in need now of some cleaning and repair). The walk to the beach was a breeze as well and the beach was never super crowded! We did think it was odd that they had a ring camera at the front door as well as on both balconies, when there were already ADT cameras for security. Also, a guy showed up without any notice or even knocking to let us know he was coming to cut the grass and then the same thing happened with the pool cleaning guys the next day. I can understand maintenance is necessary but a quick message would be courteous. The microwave downstairs also does not heat up and the AC kept cutting off. That was a little disheartening after paying almost $1,000 a night for 7 days. I would also recommend curtains in the rooms upstairs just in case your guests are not super early morning people and want the option to block out daylight. Overall though we did have a great time and the pool was perfect! I am not posting this review to be mean but informative, to help improve the future guest’s stay. ##### Nancy W. The pool was dirty and had 2 dead frogs in it, so we barely used it due to not being able to skim the top of the water since no skimmer was available. Thepool was loosing water causing us to place the hose into it & fill. One of the beds in the lower level had a broken bed which was never fixed while we were there. It had no indoor dining which wasn’t a big deal except eating outdoors was a challenge with mosquitoes. The ceiling fans were caked with dirt. This place has great possibilities and I would consider renting it again, just wish it would have been cleaner ##### Helen T.
