We loved this super cute house, it came with everything you need. We heated the pool, and it was perfect! You can spend plenty of time in the backyard or walk to the beach only a couple blocks away. The beach was never crowded and it was beautiful. There was also plenty of parking by the beach entrance along the street if you don't feel like carrying all the gear you bring. The backyard was to die for and where we spent most of our time. We loved everything about this house and are planning to return in the future. Little walk or golf cart ride to the private beach, which was never crowded! PCB is a little too loud and partying crowd for our taste but the house sits down away from the noise and nite life. Perfect house for our family vacation! The house was beyond clean (huge priority for us) and had all that we needed (and more) to be comfortable. Props to the decorator - we loved every detail. The outdoor living area is amazing. We had a couple double red flag days and weren't able to be in the ocean. The heated private pool, outdoor seating, and fire pit still made it still feel like a lavish vacation! Sep 8, 2023 #### Perfect Place for a Family Getaway We spent a week at this gorgeous home and highly recommend it! It is a beautiful home with top-notch amenities. It was hard to leave the resort-like backyard with heated pool. When we did, the beach was a short walk away and it was almost like we had the beach to ourselves! I cooked out using the gas grill one night and the charcoal grill the next. We loved finishing the evenings with a night swim and sitting around a fire in the fire pit. And the location couldn't be beat: quiet and secluded, but right near the beach and convenient to the amenities and attractions of Panama City Beach. ##### Cindy J. Sep 8, 2023 #### Great Stay as usual This is the third time we have rented this home over the last couple of years. From Spring break, mid summer, and a fall stay. It is always clean and has everything that we need. We really feel like we are staying in our own home while there. Pool area as well as all the pool toys are always nice so you do not need to bother packing your own. Plenty of coolers, beach toys are available for use during the stay as well. We felt very spoiled being able to have the gated beach access within walking distance. The whole area has always been clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the beach without sitting 2 or 3 rows deep! Quiet and cute neighborhood! Highly recommend! ##### Clay L. My four boys enjoyed the pool and the wife and I liked the easy access to the beach. The description is definitely what your getting. My only complaints the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable on one side. The shower head in the master bath needs to be changed so that the water sprays out instead of the spitting water action. Overall I would give the house a 9 out of 10\. Sep 8, 2023 #### Great escape from normal routine The house is really nice and organized. The furniture and finishes are high end and they do a good job keeping clean and organized. Painless booking and checking process. We felt right at home and enjoyed a lot the patio and fire pit. My only complaint would be that the pool has not been cleaned in about a week, this is based from the pool cleaning sticker at the outside of the house and it was starting to grow algae on the bottom of it, even with the filter running. Not sure if it was missing chemicals or something was off. Other than that the house was really great and it is a quiet neighborhood. ##### Jose T. Beautifully decorated and an amazing backyard escape. You are just a street or two away from the beach (walking distance). Loved the private beach access. Lots of extra amenities: beach chairs, wagon, beach toys, pool toys, two grills, two coffee makers, etc. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return again soon. It was a short walk to the private beach. They had wagons, chairs, and sand toys in the garage - which was a huge plus! The neighbors were all very friendly. The house was amazing as was the pool! My only complaint was that we paid $65 + tax per day to have the pool heated and it got shut off for at least 2 days. (days it was 60-65 degrees) They did come and turn it back on when we called. However, it would have been nice to have been reimbursed those days it was not running. Anytime we asked about it we never heard back. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and we would love to go back! We also left my sons blanket and they were able to find it and ship it back to us! ##### Shae H. Sep 8, 2023 #### Best beach house ever I will start by saying we usually stay directly on the beach. However, if we went back to PCB we would stay her again in a heartbeat . We absolutely loved the house. It was an easy short walk to the beach, although the kids loved riding the provided bikes. We went July fourth week so front beach road was a bit busy, but we had no problem getting to the beach. The private beach was awesome and not crowded at all. We even road bikes to the arcade around the corner. The house was immaculate and it fits all eight of us perfectly. We went for a 10u softball World Series ( which we won by the way) and we were central to everything. The pool was such a wonderful addition to the house We spent so much time out there. We even watched fireworks on July 4th while the kids swam. The alarm to the pool was great and not a pain at all. Just hit the button before you go in or out and the piece of mind was very nice with little ones . The house provided beach towels, toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart. Next time, we would probably also invest in the golf cart though for those little tired legs and added fun. Five stars and can't wait to go back! ##### Tara T. It had a heated pool that lights up. There were beach chairs to take to the private beach access, only a few blocks away. It is perfectly located to many restaurants & pier park.
