This 3-bedroom condo located on the 3rd floor of Regency Towers features a private balcony with views down the coast, plus outdoor furnishings so you can eat, drink, and relax all with the ocean in sight. Truly you are just steps to the sand, but on your way there, you’ll pass by exclusive amenities including saltwater pool, indoor hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, and onsite bar and grille serving delicious food and fresh drinks right on the beach. Between afternoons soaking up the Florida sunshine and evenings out on the town, Bethy’s Beachy Beauty is a calm retreat for your relaxation. Coastal-inspired decor fills the open-concept living area with cozy couches, smart tv, and dining table with seating for 6\. The modern kitchen will delight the cook of your group with stainless steel appliances, beautiful counter space, and barstool seating which turns the kitchen into the social center of the home. This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area. \- Bedroom #1 has full size bunk beds and a smart tv. \- Bedroom #2 has 2 full size beds and a smart tv. \- Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, ocean views, and direct access onto the home’s balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: \- The home shares an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo. \- Washer and dryer in unit. \- Visitors will need to purchase a resort package from the lobby, which includes a parking pass and wristbands, for a flat fee of $40 per reservation, regardless of the number of guests. \- A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started! \- The property is re-doing the stairwells of floors 1-4 on the East and West ends in the corners of the building. Estimated time of completion is end of April. Each renter will be issued TWO parking passes maximum for one or two bedroom units and 3 & 4 bedroom units receiving 3 maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy, then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo. All additional vehicles will be charged $40 per vehicle, Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash, and will receive an OVERFLOW parking pass and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be clearly visible at all times. Things that could be better-only 3 elevators for huge building, had to wait over 30 minutes to get elevator when leaving. Elevators were also broken one day. Need some updating on the outside and several units need new windows. Windows in one bedroom that faced the hallway would not lock. I sent a text to the manager but never heard back. Need more towels for the unit. There should be enough towels for at least the number of people staying there. For example, if you’re advertising that 10 people can stay, there should be at least 10 bath towels. Cute beach decor. I was told the double metal beds were very squeaky but king bed was comfortable. There was thick dust on all of the lamps and tvs and various other furniture. There was a huge stain of something on the livingroom rug. The floors were not clean but the icing on the cake was the bathrooms. The showers and shower curtains were so filled with mold, that no one wanted to get in them. I contacted the property manager and he did come and clean the two showers and replaced the liners. I pointed out the other things but nothing else was cleaned. He was super nice and i appreciated him coming and cleaning that but for the money that they charge, this is definitely not worth it. It is very run down. Also, when we were getting ready to check in, a girl was leaving the unit and said she was checking the cleaners work to make sure it was clean. I am not sure what she was looking at but it clearly was not. We will never stay in this unit again. ##### Amy B. The unit had everything you needed and more. Sand toys, coolers, pack n’ play, fully equipped kitchen, and quality mattresses and pillows. I could have left some of our normal stuff at home. The complex was close to the beach (no hauling marathons), great pools with a large amount of seating especially with the sun deck (wish the kiddie pool had been heated as well), Bikini Bobs was great and very affordable. Far enough away from the traffic and crowds but not too far. Dollar General is basically right across the street and super convenient. We had 5 adults and 4 kids, ages 2-14, and we had plenty of space! Would stay again! ##### Nikki R. The property owners were on top of communicating everything about your check in and check out with you. This property is in the third floor and was easy to take the stairs to especially when the elevator wasn’t working. The property was very clean and very nice! I would definitely recommend this property and will be back! My only suggestion would be an actual light in the ceiling in the bunk bed room. The lamp light wasn’t enough but the kids made it work. ##### Heather H. Easy beach access and the pools were very nice. The young adults in our group enjoyed eating at Bikini Bobs and price was reasonable. We did bring our tennis racquets, but the courts were not available due to being used for parking lot. So that was a little disappointing, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We did not spend much time in the condo but when we did we were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony at night playing cards and having a coffee in the morning. You could feel the ocean breeze and you had a nice view of the ocean. We also were able to see several weddings from the balcony. The pool and bar were great to be by all day. It was very convenient. We went crab hunting at night and were able to find 3\. Those also had Karaoke Sunday and Thursdays down by the pool. ##### Chris S.
