ABOUT THE AREA: Prominence is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park. The community features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, and a 5,000 square foot resort style pool. In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill (formerly the Hub), a family hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which streams major sporting events, movies under the stars as well as features live music on their very own stage. BEACH ACCESS: Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence.
