It was steps from the beach with chair-rental access at the end of the boardwalk. You’re a 3 minute drive to Rosemary, and even in peak season, we always found parking. There’s a Publix around 5-7 mins from the condo for a quick grocery run. We found the unit to be perfect for our 6 and 8 year old boys, and it was extremely clean, new and well-maintained. Plan to bring a blanket or two because while the bed is comfy, the comforter is very thin and not super warm. This unit has an incredible view of the ocean and is steps to the beach. The unit was beautifully updated. What stood out to me was all the quality contents like kitchen supplies, appliances, and great books that were an awesome special touch. Bunk beds cute for ages 12yrs and younger. Perfectly located to downtown. We enjoyed the 2 bikes which came with the unit to bike into town about a mile and around. Publix only a few minutes away.
