A spacious condo with fantastic views of the Gulf from the living room & master bedroom; perfect for watching dolphin swim in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Living Room looks out toward our beautiful beaches and includes a large flat screen TV. The balcony overlooks the refreshing emerald waters of the Gulf, beautiful sunrises, and sunsets. There is seating for three at the Breakfast bar and our dining table has seating for six (6). Our condo has a washer-dryer for your convenience. Located on the first floor close to the elevator. Therefore, your thermostat will allow adjustments within this prescribed temperature range. In addition, the air conditioner system is controlled with shut-off switches on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will only delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. The property management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo floors were not the cleanest when we arrived. It has everything you would need to cook with. Our biggest issue was the AC. It was locked on 72 but did not keep it cooled to 72\. It was 74-76 majority of the time and that is hot when you are use to keeping your house at 68-69.That may not be an issue for some people though. We would not personally stay in this particular unit again due to the AC but would rent again with four star properties and dunes of Panama. ##### Dana M. Beautiful space with all the conveniences of home. Communication with the management company was excellent and the location was ideal for families. Beautiful beach that stretches for miles. Breathtaking views from the living area and master bedroom (we spotted dolphins from the balcony!) Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and well cleaned. The condo is on the first level, which is elevated above the parking space below, so it felt very safe and there’s just a short flight of stairs (or elevator) to get to parking or the beach. Location to the beach and the views were both amazing. Master bedroom is in it’s own little nook and is very private. Having never been to Panama City Beach before we feel like we picked a great condo! It is decorated very nicely. The kitchen is beautiful - way better than mine at home! The big bunk beds were great for our 2 kids and our king bed was super comfy. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. I was a little apprehensive about being on the 1st floor but it ended up being pretty convenient and made things easier at the end of long days on the beach. Overall a great stay! ##### Karie B. (I am actually jealous of the kitchen - haha) Perfect location; Right by both stairs and elevator, and overlooks both the pool and ocean. Great patio furniture for watching the gorgeous sunrises.
