Our beachfront unit #2004 is on the 20th floor, with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs. This unit is beautiful and updated with an unparalleled view! This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a twin bed/trundle area.

Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table.

Located on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida, Grand Panama Beach Resort is situated along twenty-seven miles of sugar-white sand beaches and emerald waters—the ultimate setting for a getaway. As a luxury beach resort, we have designed our policies to ensure that we consistently meet our guests’ expectations.

Age Restriction: to reserve a room at Grand Panama Beach Resort, our policy requires guests to be at least 25 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.
Check-in Check-out
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $50 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit of $500 with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Pet Policy: 25 pound limit.... with the exception of emotional support pets .... Non-refundable pet fee of $225 plus tax per dog applies.
