Watercrest Condominiums is situated on the Gulf of Mexico's dazzling sugar sand beaches, aptly called on of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Spend your days relaxing by the surf or at the pool then get ready for a night of family fun at innumerable local restaurants and attractions. This condo has undergone a renovation and we are very excited to share it with you. You will have 1440sqft of living space which includes a large master bedroom with a king size bed and amazing views through a large sliding glass door and a second bedroom that has two queen beds. It also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has wall to wall sliding glass doors facing the Gulf that allows a view of the ocean from every angle in the living area. The master also has the beachside wall with all glass. Truly amazing to wake up to! Watercrest condominiums completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new including the beautiful entrance with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex is a cut above also with the new lounge chairs for your enjoyment. The Tiki Bar poolside at Watercrest is serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racketball court and exercise room. Attraction Information: At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. Our family of 9 (two adults and 7 children) stayed in this condo and it fit us all very comfortably. We brought two extra air mattresses so the kids wouldn't have to share a bed. The kitchen is perfect for prepping meals, but keep in mind there is limited to no extra pantry space. The living room is VERY spacious and the wall of sliding glass doors leading to the balcony created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. It also has two pull out beds one larger one and a twin size with extra space for our full size air mattress. The balcony is huge with lounge chairs and a table and chairs. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both were plenty for all of us. The master bedroom has a sliding door leading to the balcony as well and a good amount of room for clothing and luggage storage with space for a twin air mattress for our youngest to sleep in the room with us. The master bath has a huge mirror and vanity with storage and the toilet and shower are behind a private separate door. White towels are provided, but bring your own beach towels (of course). The second bedroom has two beds and a smaller closet but the dresser is plenty space to store clothing. Cleaning supplies, a couple beach toys, and a box fan (for fan sleepers) are located there. There is a really good washer and dryer in the hallway that got plenty of use during our stay. Location is perfect. quiet but not too far from the attractions. parking is 50 per car. 10/10 Stay! We have moved our vacation back to quieter Thomas Drive and this unit met all our needs! My two year old granddaughter and I loved the large, sunset facing balcony. The safety net was a bonus. We all loved the layout of the unit. We were a bit concerned that the kitchen may be a bit small, but it was a non-issue. And it sounds silly, but all of the hooks hung up in various areas of the unit were a huge plus and very handy! As was the walk path leading to the beach. ALL condos need this amenity! The two beach chairs and umbrella were great and Nate was the best attendant we’ve ever had anywhere! All in all we were very pleased. The unit may have been a bit dated in a couple areas, but it was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would consider upgrading very soon would be the vent fans in the bathrooms. Loved sitting on the balcony and seeing the beautiful sunset and view of beach and the emerald waters. Relaxing, able to listen to the ocean at night. The only issue was it appeared that The coffee table had been busted and there was plywood in place of the glass. The complex was very accommodating. The kids were disappointed that the balls/ equipment for the amenities were not offered for Shuffleboard, bocce ball etc. then maybe an option to rent those at the downstairs café would be nice. The condo was very clean and had a beautiful view. ##### Ben B. I stayed 18 days and rarely heard neighbors and only faintly. Chase, the property manager, is always available by text and readily deals with issues. The master bath sink faucet leaked water across the counter, and it was replaced in two days. My family of 5 (3 generations) found the low rise toilets uncomfortable as we have high rise in our homes. This is a well-equipped kitchen that lacks pantry space for groceries. (I realize I may be an unusual renter because of the length of my stay.) It would be helpful if a lengthy towel bar would be added to each bathroom for wet towels. We all enjoyed the beach chairs that are part of the rental cost!!! If you choose this property for your stay, I'm sure you won't regret it. ##### Linda B.
