This is your happy place for rest, relaxation, and fun in the sun! The spacious great room includes a sofa bed for extra guests and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony overlooking the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a full bath in the hall with a stand-up shower. This quiet gated community of Pinnacle Port has two pools, saunas, small workout facility, playground, grills, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, half basketball court, boat dock, approximately 26-acres of land. The Gulf of Mexico on one side and Lake Powell on the other, located right next to Camp Helen State Park.
