Tidewater #217 (2nd floor!) is a gorgeous, coastal beachfront condo perfectly situated with the most stunning views of Panama City's famous white beaches and offers Complimentary beach chair service, seasonally at a savings of $70 per day! This unit is on the second floor, which is the floor you walk into from the parking garage from the skywalk, so you can avoid the elevator! A fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops and all the basic cookware essentials you could need, washer and dryer, and a dining table that seats 6 along with 4 barstools for the kids! The living room has ample seating for the entire family and shares those gorgeous Gulf views we all love. Sliding doors open up to the amazing wrap around balcony where you can relax or watch the family having a blast in the outdoor pool. Each bedroom has a comfy king bed, and two of those bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a guest bathroom located right by the alcove housing the twin bunkbed. \* NO SMOKING/NO PETS \*This unit has an exterior doorbell camera. \* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. It had more than enough supplies for a start up of cleaning necessities. It had both, a coffee pot and keurig which was nice and all size coffee cups available. It was perfect being on the 2nd floor where the walk over is. One less elevator to wait for. It was super nice to have beach chairs with the room. I will say tidewater is very strict and will say something if you have a chair or anything in front of your rented chairs. Make sure and read the rules they give you or you will rack up violations. Bedrooms were very nice and beds were comfy. All TVs were smart TVs which was also very nice to be able to stream our normal shows for the kiddos. We would come back! ##### Erinn S.
