We like the property and the facilities, we were on a walking distance to restaurants and play areas. The only issue was the used of the elevators that it was difficult to get in. In my opinion they should designate each elevator a specific amount of floors so it only goes to them. For instance every then floors one elevator maybe that will make it for a faster movement. And to advice the vacationers to not hold the bottom that supposed to keep the door closed. Very clean & welcoming. The owner had updated the living furniture, the new couch was so comfortable! We don’t have a single bad thing to say about the room. We do have a few suggestions to help out though: there’s not a lot of room to put your shampoos & conditioners in the shower so an installed shelf would be wonderful. And secondly a laundry basket to put either dirty clothes in or clean clothes after you’ve got done washing & drying. BUT! The drying rack in the laundry room came in so handy! It surely got used a lot on our trip. We absolutely loved how stocked the kitchen was. Any utensil you needed was there! ##### Carrie W. Absolutely gorgeous views from the windows and balcony. You could see the bay, lagoons, the ocean and miles down the strip. Night views were beautiful. It was roomy enough for us, but it only has one bathroom. It's convenient to beach, Pier Park, shopping, Wal-Mart/Target, PCB Mall, restaurants, and more. Fun to watch the helicopters make their rounds and the Sky Wheel. There is some roadwork in front of the parking garage, so you need to watch for the turn since it is a little obscured with construction stuff. Be prepared to wait on and share an elevator with many during check-in and checkout times, but each elevator was staffed with an operator to keep them moving as quickly as possible. Everything was great just wished we would have known they only provided one trash bag and one toilet paper. The elevators where a headache they took for ever the AC really sucks that was the worst part they should have let me know that they lock the temperature to 75 standard I would have never booked it personally because I like it cold especially after a long hot day and night time was a bit stuffy but overall it was great. ##### Angelica A. Jul 1, 2021 #### Fun week with few hiccups The view and amenities of our 28th floor unit were fabulous. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Only frustration were the waits for the elevators during peek checkin and out times. Even then, the other patrons were very cordial and friendly and the staff was helpful. Be prepared to wait when checking in and out and when coming in from the beach - especially during the almost daily rain showers. Great experience, will do again! ##### Patrick D. Sep 17, 2020 #### The View First time Vacasa user. Turned out to be Better, Easier, and Cheaper than Airbnb. The room was clean and looked nice. The view is what makes this unit the best choice. You get the best of both worlds in the corner unit. City view to the left, Gulf view to the right. I will definitely stay here again. Only negative was the beach attendent staff. Jun 28, 2020 #### Great view, slightly run down. Beautiful views from the 28th floor, but elevator can be quite a wait. The room is identical to the picture but the furniture is in bad condition and needs to be replaced. If using a tent or umbrella be prepared for a walk.
