Washer door is broken and is hard to hold up and put in clothes. Was t told that only one elevator worked and it took us over an hour to get to elevators when we checked in. We were very disappointed upon arrival with the condo. It was not clean. It had black mold all over the master bathroom ceiling. The furniture was old, and in need of being repaired. The floor was coming up in the living area. The microwave was falling from the cabinet. The vanity had missing doors that were the lying on the cabinet. Before arriving at the condo, we received a phone call that there would be someone there the next day because they had found that a drawer on the vanity was messed up and that the chair in the living room needed to be replaced We reported the other issues and were told they would be there the next morning to correct those things. The next day in the late afternoon we received a phone call that there was a lot of traffic and they were not going to be able to make it at that point, we had already cleaned and didn’t want to waste time the next day on hanging around to wait for them to show up so we told him not to come. We have stayed at several of the condos at Sterling breeze and have never really had any other problems so we were very disappointed in the upkeep of this condo. We are now looking for a different place to stay for our next vacation. ##### Deidre H. The only bad thing I would say about it is: the master bed sink down in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The TV in the hall with the bunk beds didn’t work as far as cable, the elevator broke which led to waiting at least over 20 mins just to get down to the 1st floor from the 17th, also the bedding didn’t smell fresh. Water heater is on some kind of timer.you have to figure out when it turns off. The toilets were not senior friendly. Too low!
