Beachfront Perfection Penthouse offers a spectacular rooftop deck and a lower balcony, too! You'll find a huge outdoor living space where you can soak up the invigorating Florida sunshine as well as enjoying breathtaking views! Beachfront Perfection Penthouse condo sleeps 10 with a king bed in the main suite, a king bed in the second bedroom, two queen sofa sleeper/futons in the great room, and a queen sized bed in the loft area. You are sure to have the vacation of a lifetime at Edgewater 1205T2. Laid back nautical décor welcomes you as soon as you open the front door of this condo! The open floor plan great room features a queen sized sofa sleeper and matching loveseat. There's a huge TV with free Roku Streaming included. Be sure to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with Lux Speed high speed WiFi at no additional charge. Walk out to the balcony through sliding glass doors from the great room to refreshing coastal breezes and listen to the gulls calling. The dining table has four chairs and additional seating at the bar for four. It's a great place for enjoying your meals or playing cards or board games with the whole group! The kitchen looks out over the dining room and great room to the ocean so, you have a great beach view even while you are on kitchen duty! Modern appliances, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. are all included with your rental. So, you can cook in if your don't feel like going out to one of the amazing restaurants that are near by. The Coastal Breeze Main Suite has a comfy king sized bed and a private en-suite main bathroom. Relax in comfort with high thread count linens, fluffy pillows and big thirsty towels. There's a flat screen TV with Roku, too. You'll love this private hideaway! You'll love the rinsing off a "hard day at the beach" in this fully renovated walk-in shower with exquisite detail. The Swaying Palms second bedroom also provides a king sized bed with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a great night's sleep. The nautical décor really sets the mood for a great beach vacation! The flat screen TV is great for relaxing, too. This room has a private entrance to the adjacent full bathroom so there's plenty of privacy here. The window opens onto the hallway outside and there is a closet for storage. The private second bathroom is beautifully decorated and offers an elegant tiled walk-in shower with single vanity. Climb the spiral staircase to the Look Out loft and find a queen sized bed. There's a flat screen TV and a small seating area. The loft area also offers a third bathroom with single vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Step out onto your ultra private roof top sun deck! Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. We appreciated having both a high chair and a pack-n-play available on-site. The only drawback was that the downstairs guest room didn’t have enough space beside the bed for the pack-n-play, so we had to partially place it in the closet, which made that space unusable. Upon arrival, the TV in the guest room wasn’t working, but the property manager responded quickly and had a brand-new one delivered and mounted within just a couple of hours—great service!One of our favorite features was the rooftop balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax in the sun while keeping an eye on the baby monitor during nap time. It made sneaking in a little quiet time so enjoyable! ##### Holly H.
