It was very comfortable for me and my husband. I could see that it would feel crowded with more than 2 people. Overall it definitely needs some upgrades and a little TLC but even with that I would stay here again. The reasons I will return include the area which it is located is less crowded; the pool and patio areas at Top of the Gulf are very nice and clean and it is evident that they are dedicated to improvements; the elevators are fast and staff are very helpful. They are also very dedicated to security. FYI the individual units do not have balconies however there are large sitting areas with comfortable chairs facing the beach on all floors. These were nice open areas where you could sit and look out at the beach. We had a wonderful stay. ##### Jennifer S. We appreciated the abundance of kitchen appliances/ dishes and plentiful linens. The whole place just needs a good cleaning too to bottom, even simply wiping down doorframes, cabinets, and lightswitches/outlets that have dust and stains caked on them would make the place look a lot nicer. The wonderful breeze through the hallways and balconies. There were so many private/not private special sitting places all around the pool! You can branch off from the crowd and sit with a group and chit chat. The pool was spacious enough for everyone! So close to the ocean! There was a snack bar, concession vending machines, ice machine, etc. the condo was super clean and looked exactly like the picture. It was the best vacation of my life! Could not be further from the truth. The bed was as hard as the floor. One futon had a split in it. The other was hard and uncomfortable. The door lock did not lock at first. The entire first day it would not stay locked. The kitchen was straight out of 1950\. During a rain, the hallway outside of the condo was ankle deep in water. The pool and beach were nice.
