HOA REQUIRED FEE: Upon arrival parking and pool passes must be purchased at the main office located on the 4th floor and must be displayed at all times. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Only one of the communal pools is heated. \- Guests must register directly with the community office. If guests arrive outside of office hours, they must register the following morning once the office reopens.
