The perfect PCB escape for couples or small families! Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Vacation Rental Unit: Experience stunning views of sugar-white sands and emerald Gulf waters from this beautifully maintained studio suite at the sought-after Shores of Panama Resort. The garage height is less than seven feet. If your car is at least 6 feet, 11 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only but spots are first come-first served. If you have any problems with parking onsite, feel free to contact Property Patrol. We have motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes. If you have an second vehicle, read the following carefully: There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. Beachgoers and residents of Panama City Beach can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Users must download the free Passport Parking app on their smartphones, create an account with a preferred method of payment, then provide the zone and vehicle license plate number. Drivers can download the free Passport Parking app from the App Store and Google Play. Users can also manage their parking online. In addition to paying for parking, users can view their parking history and extend parking sessions remotely, so there’s no need to leave the beach! Effective October 1, 2022, parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate of $84.
