Beach Front Bliss awaits in this newly remodeled and spectacularly curated condo with amazing balcony views of the beach, sand, surf, and sunsets! Grand Panama 604 is directly beach front and features 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths plus a unique, custom bunk area and sleeper sofa in the den to comfortably sleep 8 guests. About the unit: The home is brand new inside and it shows. The home is thoughtfully decorated and is clean, modern, and comfortable throughout, catering to the guest that just expects more, without the higher price tag. The living room and the master bedroom spill out onto the large covered balcony offering breathtaking views and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Perfect setting for watching the dolphins over a cup of coffee in the morning, or toasting another perfect day as the sun sets over the gulf. The master bedroom offers a king bed, gulf views, balcony access and ensuite bath The guest room features a queen bed and bath access. There is also a beautifully designed, custom bunk nook for extra sleeping. All mattresses are new and exceptionally comfortable. The Kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and the conveniences you expect. Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf. Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00 Motorcycle parking is $55.00\. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. This condo was one of the nicer ones. Only thing bad about the condo is the parking garage. ##### Tracie E. It was very roomy, had everything we needed and a great view of the beach. Having the store and the surf shop across the street came in handy a few times. The tiki bar was wonderful! We had a few drinks and ate dinner one night. The price was not bad compared to other two bedroom condos we looked at. And it was pet friendly so that was a bonus for us. Not so good stuff: The condo needs a good thorough cleaning to remove dust and grime from the places that aren’t cleaned on a regular basis (on top of the fridge, under end tables and the bed, base boards, etc.) No dead bolts on doors. The only lock on the front door is the code. This might not be a big deal to some, but it was not good for my anxiety at bed time. Also, the patio lock in the master bedroom was broken so it didn’t lock at all. The beach and pool were too crowded. With beach access being so small for so many units we were packed like sardines and had to wake up at 6:00 am to bring chairs and umbrellas down to secure a spot close to the shore. It appeared that only 3 out of the 6 available elevators were working. At one time we waited 15 minutes to get an elevator. This was the biggest complaint for us. The parking garage was not designed with large vehicles in mind. All in all, the price was not bad compared to other resorts so I guess a good rate was a trade off for the minor inconveniences. ##### Shantelle D.
