This beautiful 4th floor 2br/2ba with bunk room beachfront condo offers everything you will need to enjoy an unforgettable beach getaway! You will love the views and sunsets from the huge balcony! Palazzo is highly desired for its upscale nature and amenities including hot tub, elevated gulf front heated pool and spa, fitness center, conference center and gulf side parking. Palazzo is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach yet is still close to Pier Park (only one mile away) and everything you want to do on your vacation. Property is 13 miles from ECP Airport and has a grocery store within a couple of blocks. Also, McGuires restaurant is directly behind the property. A rental car would be nice to get the full PCB experience but is not necessary as you can get around with just a few uber rides. Included in your stay you will also have beach service from Mar1- Oct 10, this includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Property has ring doorbell for your security. \*\* Parking is $40 per vehicle per stay and registration is required online at guestsvcs.com before your stay. Parking is available in on site garage, take any unmarked space. Parking Garage maximum clearance is 6' 10". Taller vehicles with top luggage racks will likely not make the height requirement and gate will flash yellow and not open, those vehicles will be required to park in lot across street. This was our top stay! The unit is beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, perfect location- not too high and perfect sunset views! We would highly recommend this unit. Having two full bedrooms, bunk room, 2 bathrooms with tons of storage and huge patio, it was perfect for our family! Having the beach service is a great perk, and we used it every day. We were also able to watch March Madness games easily with the large TV's and YouTube tv. Perfect for big sports fans. John makes the experience very easy and is wonderful to work with. I have stayed at Palazzo before & couldn't wait to go back! It was even better than last time. This time we had a 4th floor unit with 2 bedrooms + a bunk room. To sum it up: Spacious. HUGE fabulous balcony. LOCATION. Parking. Quiet. Staff. Super clean. Comfy beds. Large kitchen with tons of amenities. Full size appliances. Convenient double vanities off the master (bonus for girlfriend). And the owner.....Extremely attentive & gave us everything we needed to know. He was available all the time with any questions! It is on the quiter end of PCB and a bit smaller than the high rises so much less crowded. My family of 4 had plenty of room in the condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The water pressure was perfect. There are two sinks in the king bathroom, not sure that is clear in the listing. It was a pleasant surprise. The space is much bigger than the pictures. The pool looks bigger in person too. Plenty of chairs. We loved all the seating options on the balcony, especially the loungers. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space with extra blankets. Loved the convenient parking and fast elevators. We never waited. We loved our week long stay at this location. Very clean and quiet. Easy in and out. We would definitely book this condo again. This condo is decorated very nicely. Loved the pool & hot tub. Having the beach chairs and umbrella makes your life so much more simple, you don't have to drag a bunch of stuff with you and at my age I don't care to have to move just to go to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need! Of course having a washer & dryer makes your life easy too, because we were there for 2 weeks and didn't have to take all the clothes we own. The parking deck was a lot easier to maneuver than other condos we have stayed in. Now to the final thing, John the owner of the condo is FANTASTIC!!! He is soooo easy to get ahold of and responds almost as fast as you text/email him. He's a very pleasant person to work with and we were even able to check in early because the people before us left the day before we came in so the place was cleaned the day before we arrived so we were able to get in early on the day we arrived. Communication with the owner was great and we were even given an early check in. Only con to the whole stay was the mattresses in the king and queen bed need replaced and updated it was definitely a rough sleep for a week stay. ##### James G. The condo was stunning with a great view on a quieter end of the beach. Access to local restaurants and Pier Park easy. Access to the pool and beach was easy. On the quiet west end of PCB. We’ve been coming to PCB for years and this was the best we’ve stayed at. The owner was great to work with and so nice.The condo was clean and set up nicely.
