The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 garage parking passes and up to 8 RFID armbands.

The Guest suite is more like a 2nd master with a queen bed, a smart TV, comfortable bedding and it's own ensuite full bath with tub/shower combo. The Bunkroom is more like a true 3rd bedroom with it's custom "adult weight approved" twin/twin bunkbed, a smart TV to keep everyone entertained, its own ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower, and a door separating it from the rest of the condo for privacy. It's perfect for any age!

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
