The desirable Majestic Beach Resort is the thing of which dreams are made. Be sure to relax by one of the multiple pools, walk along the beach, enjoy an unparalleled deck of resort style amenities, or simply sit on your private balcony and enjoy picturesque views of the gulf. This is seaside luxury with a toes-in-the-sand location! Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay, so don't rent this unit for someone else. Someone who is at least 21 years old must be the primary renter and be staying in the unit. This vacation rental features: Spacious studio condo with ample balcony and full kitchen. Full bathroom with tub shower combination and full kitchen. 2 comfy chairs for lounging, there is no sofa bed. Unit sleeps 2\. From family vacations to romantic couples' retreats, our Panama City Beach vacation rentals offer a wonderfully private and refreshing way to experience this gorgeous destination. Just ten miles from Panama City proper in Northwestern Florida, the oceanside town of Panama City Beach, not to be confused with slightly more inland Panama City, is easily accessible and conveniently located halfway between Pensacola and Tallahassee. The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is just 20 miles away, making travel a breeze for visitors arriving by air. Parking fees and registration process: Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of Majestic's garage parking, guests will need to provide an email address right away so they can receive a registration link for a digital parking permit (login should not require a password). The guest will then: 1) register their vehicle(s), including make/model and color of the vehicle, license plate information, and contact phone number and 2) pay online for the digital parking pass. The cost, per pass, will be $40 plus a processing fee (around $2). Once the guests arrive, they will simply pull up to the gate and a license plate reader will provide access to the registered vehicle. Resort parking is located in the garage directly across the street. You may legally park in any non-reserved spot. For your convenience, the parking garage has a 3rd level load/unload area. (Do not park in any space near the solid red line painted on the wall.) On this 3rd level, you will find the crosswalk whereby you can walk over Front Beach Road and enter the main building. Upon completion of the registration process, the guest will receive a confirmation via email. When guests register, they will receive instructions, along with a map of the property, that will provide directions on where to go once they arrive, where to get luggage carts, information on property ID armbands, beach flag warning and rip current information, and more. Guests will also receive and acknowledge that they have read the General Rules and Regulations for the property. From a security standpoint, the resort will be able to contact guests in case of an emergency. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. This condo was everything we hoped for. The views were amazing and the room was so cozy. We wished we could bring that bed home with us. It was so comfortable and we had never slept so good away from home. We loved that we could lay in bed and still see the beach when it was raining also. The host was the most responsive and communicative person I’ve ever booked through! Everything was perfect for us, the only downfall was that you shared a hallway door with your neighbor that led to your own room doors (not at all fault of the host). Having to share a door with your neighbors just made nights a little rough because you can hear them coming in and out and the shared hallway makes everything echo. If I had to critique the rental, the advertising is lacking in accuracy. The photos of the room show a different cabinet, table and chairs, and bed comforter than what was actually there. The stovetop needs repair or just truthfully a new stove period. The jetted tub needs some bleach ran through it to clean it properly. Other than that, it was a delightful trip. I think if these changes are made, it will make things better for the owner and future guests. The beach was wonderful, the grounds and staff were nice. Aug 16, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at “Beaches on My Mind” for our Panama City Beach getaway. The studio was just right for the two of us. The bed was soooo comfortable and the bedding was very nice as well. There are more kitchen gadgets and accessories than we expected including a blender. The bathroom was a decent size and included a jetted tub and larger sink/vanity. My only suggestions would be an improved shower head and additional towel bars and hooks for towels and swim wear. The studio was clean and had a tall dresser than wasn’t shown in the pictures which worked great for us. The entrance had a hall door with a code which led to 2 studios with coded doors as well. This made us feel even more safe. There is always security present at the resort and they were friendly and helpful. The resort is also located in a central area not far from anything really but wasn’t difficult at all to navigate. Jun 15, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Don't Plan on Sleeping In As soon as the sun comes up, the room is bright, and there are no room-darkening curtains. The room was clean except for a couple of usual spots (corners of bathroom floor). Bed was fairly comfortable, but not the memory foam I'm used to at home. The array of kitchen/cooking items was impressive, but we didn't need to use most of it. The fridge is HUGE. Also, note that there is a regular coffee pot, not only the Keurig seen in the photos. You might want to bring some of your own towels, unless you feel like doing laundry. We don't mind reusing bath towels (there were 5 for two people), but 5 wash cloths is NOT enought for two people for 5 nights. We went to Walmart (which is quite close by) and bought more of our own. The building itself had broken elevators twice during our stay. With 23 floors and about 20 condos per floor, we were limited to one elevator for a few hours one afternoon. Beach access is great. Pool area is nice with a place to order drinks and food. It would be good to know the policy for closing the pools when there is lightning.
