The property is secure and the views are amazing! The beach was pristine and the water was crystal clear!! I will say that there was no welcome back packet at the security gate or left in the condo which would have included our parking passes. The unit was cozy and well decorated, had a beautiful view that could be enjoyed from the balcony and it’s location to a senior center with pickle ball courts to yummy restaurants and shopping was perfect! However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. First, there were black silicone bands that were left for guests to wear but a clear explanation of what they were for was missing. Second, the Wi-Fi was extremely spotty. Third, the floors of the unit were not properly cleaned; there was A LOT of sand on the floor so we found ourselves constantly brushing our feet off. Before we unpacked I actually used the broom in the pantry to sweep the place which helped but a thorough vacuum was needed. Fourth, there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no extra rolls so we had to buy some from the store. I think one extra roll per bathroom would be suitable. Lastly, the unit advertises tennis (pickleball) as an amenity, so we were shocked and totally disappointed to find out you need to pay $15/person per hour to use the court which is absurdly expensive! Thankfully, there is a senior center a few miles away that we were able to play at for free and the hours are from dawn to dusk so that was a blessing but I believe additional costs should be mentioned in the unit listing. Also, our party was also surprised that no beach towels were provided for guests so bring your own! :) With that said, hosts are extremely timely in responding which was greatly appreciated, the living room furniture was so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances! The only issue we had was we didn’t get enough tissues in the master bathroom and we had to go and buy tissue. Wi-Fi had to restarted few times. Other than that all was good.
