The evening we arrived I left my shoes at the door! After walking around inside the bottom of my feet were black! I wore my shoes after that! As far as the pools, they are very large but ice cold! A suggestion for the shop: it would be nice to be able to purchase a bottle of milk! As far as the tiki shop, it was never open while we were there!
