It's the perfect location and the closest house to the beach located on Lyndell Lane – and it's just steps from the beach and all the shops and dining opportunities of Panama City Beach. Miller County Pier 3 min walk \- 0.3 km - ![Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Having a wide range of kiddos, teens to toddler, I thought it would be iffy on sleeping arrangements. But, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Oldest stayed in the game room on the fold out couch and said it was fine. Adults had the en-suites and king beds which were super comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. We left our salt and pepper as there weren’t any spices nor oils, so a quick trip to the store was in order. Location was great for a variety of reasons. Beach being the main one for us. The pool was great. So nice to just step out of the house and take a quick dip. Beach access was right across the street. And the street was not busy anytime we crossed it. We never felt crowded and all had our own space. We didn’t have kids with us but if we had the bunk room would have been prefect for them and the game room an awesome bonus! The backyard was great and the distance to the beach is so nice! The hosts were excellent at responding and let us have an early check in which relieved a ton of stress on our arrival day. Coffee pot was working but the keurig side of it was not. Pool was really well maintained. We did notice a lot of ants on the patio around the pool but that didn’t stop the fun! Property was well kept and well equipped. Upon arrival the floors were a little dirty and sandy from prior tenants - could use better cleaning process in transition. Our feet and socks got extremely dirty being in the house. Pool was smaller than pictured and was only 3-4 feet deep. Functional but not really as advertised. We were expecting larger pool. Had an ant invasion problem in the kitchen one day. Management responded quickly with sprays to stop them. May need to contact your pest control and have them look for the source and address if for future rentals.
