The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. It would have been nice to have another garbage can outdoors, as the one filled up quickly and the garbage truck ran the day we arrived. The house is gorgeous! The viewing deck, with an amazing view of the ocean and master bedroom was my favorites, once you get up all the stairs. The beach is about 5 minutes or less, walking distance from the house. The best part was definitely the location — just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. It seems like the house is fairly new, so there were a few minor hiccups. It was mostly clean, though we did notice a few things like an unwashed coffee maker and some sand already in the house on day one. There was a broom but no dustpan, which made cleaning up a bit tricky. A few outlets weren’t working when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and sent someone out quickly to fix them. The Roku remote in the living room didn’t work either, but we were able to use the Roku app as a workaround. One thing to note: the sky deck is only accessible through the master bedroom, which wasn’t clearly mentioned in the listing. A couple of suggestions for improvement — it would be great to have more accessible cleaning supplies and a few more mirrors throughout the house, especially full-length ones. Overall, it’s a lovely place in a great location — and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.
