Promptly report any missing items in the property as soon as they are noticed, rather than waiting until the end of the stay. Failure to inform us in a timely manner is considered negligence on the part of the guest. Prompt reporting allows us to address and rectify any issues quickly, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for your booking is determined by the platform through which you made your reservation. To provide you with peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing a separate trip insurance policy. This ensures coverage in the event that unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your stay. Decent looking neighborhood, folks seemed nice. Not that I used many of the amenities, but the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, ice maker produced quickly, grill was clean and ready to use. The townhouse was just as perfect as the photos. We took our two fir babies and they enjoyed the back yard area. When going back we will book this same location. We visited Panama City for a quick extended weekend getaway with our dogs. It is nice to find good places that will allow dogs nowadays. We really liked that this place had a nice fenced in space where we could let our dogs out. Also has some grass in the outdoor space as well, which is also great for the dogs. We were very pleased with our stay. If we had to critique anything it would be that the king mattress upstairs could be more comfortable and the drain in the shower needs to be checked out because it does not drain well at all. Other than those two little things it was a great stay and we enjoyed everything! ##### Bethany S. Got a quick response when something needed fixed. Really needs a new mattress on the bed upstairs. Also it would be nice if hand rails were installed in the shower. Since we are both seniors it was difficult getting in and out of the shower. I would recommend this place since it’s fairly close to the beach. No wifi was a BIG disappointment. The Internet access would have helped us connect to our devices for the saved venues we wanted to explore and enjoy. However we had relaxing time at doggie Beach. The place was clean & recently remodeled. Everything worked & the condo looks as advertised. Nice condo, close to the beach & restaurants. A couple of suggestions, replace the master bed mattress & get some sort of canopy or umbrella for the back yard. ##### Tim H.
