Rising from the sand, this sunny and bright condo offers incredible views of the white, sandy beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Spread out and relax inside, or sit outside on your private, furnished balcony and breathe in the fresh, salty air. Prepare meals and quick beach snacks in your well-equipped kitchen, and then experience all the on-site amenities including shared, heated swimming pool, fitness room, and convenient beach access. In addition to being located right on the beach, the Shipwreck Island Waterpark is located right across the street from the complex, offering fun times for visitors of all ages. Check out a number of other local attractions including the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf. There are also several dining options available. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 14 above the parking garage. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. This unit however was not as described. The carpet between the tile and living room was ripped up. There was trash under the tables in the living room and extra bedroom. There was a small fish carcass in the corner of the extra bedroom. The couch has questionable stains and a sticky substance. We used the extra sheet to cover the couch so we could sit on it. The sheets didn't fit the king bed. Loved the location of the unit being near the pier and not far from the main Pier Park. Loved that the garage was under the building to keep cars cool. Elevators were super slow and lines to get on the two elevators were long. The bathroom was great. Big tub. But this unit was really dirty and even after letting them know on day one no response. Emailed and was told they would reach back out to address my concerns but I was never contacted. Skip it and look at another unit. ##### Donda B.
