Brand new elevator near unit. This breathtaking, highly sought-after Condo located at Tidewater Beach Resort will leave you awestruck and wanting more! There’s a reason this condo has the nickname, Beach Haven! The Penthouse-style condo has two beachfront master bedrooms, a wrap-around balcony, and sunsets that will take your breath away! Beach Haven is a 2,248 sq/ft slice of heaven that sleeps 14 with plenty of space to spare. Tidewater has a plethora of amenities, including multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a large fitness center, an arcade, a movie theater, Starbucks, and the Waves Bar & Grill onsite for easy access. Pier Parks is just a short walk and has lots of exciting activities for families, and for adults. There are restaurants, Shops, a movie theater, bars, and much more! The sugary sand and emerald water invite you to relax and soak up the rays! Beach Haven has a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, A dining room table that allows you to watch the sunset while eating, and a wrap-around balcony for beautiful views! There is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with Wi-Fi, and cable. You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age. There will be a cost of 60.00 in total for wristbands and parking passes. You will receive a maximum of 10 wristbands that must be worn by the adults in the party. Children under 12 don't require a wristband. INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. Sleeping arrangements . Amazing views. The room was spacious for our family of 11\. One thing I would recommend is some more plush rugs. With bringing 5 children everything echoed. The rugs would dampen the noise. Way less expensive than renting 3 or 4 hotel rooms. The property was amazing. The beach was incredible. The room was clean and had everything we needed except food. We found a wagon in the closet that was a life saver for toting everything from beach stuff to groceries. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome too for obvious reasons. The furniture was clean and comfortable. TV's in every room. Close to everything. All in all, this was the perfect place for us and I know my sister, brother children, grandchildren and niece will remember this forever as a "remember that time when we all went to Panama City Beach?" moment. Didnt feel croweded. Plenty of space. View from balcony was perfect! Emerald Veach was very responsive to all my needs! Helped me out a bunch! Bunk room smaller than pictured, but livable. Beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Living room a bit cramped for that large a group, but we made it work with chairs from master bedroom. Deck furniture nice and comfortable. Outdoor pools nice, indoor pool was dirty. HOWEVER, we will not return because not enough elevators to avoid 30 minute waits at busy times. Being on the 20th floor made stairs impossible. ##### Sandra E. Every household item you can think of was there in the condo. Other than going to the beach we didnt have to leave for anything. The only downside to staying is the elevators, everytime we used the elevators we had to wait at least 20-30 minutes which is ridiculous. The elevators themselves can ruin a trip, however we didn't let them stop us from having fun. Overall we enjoyed. The Emerald Beach staff were very helpful in responding to issues I had such as key code/entrance. I would love to stay again but not during a busy season. ##### Ceria T. Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2023
