Everything worked, the view was nice, there was a little street noise (engines revving), but mostly quiet. The host communicated well before arrival, during my stay and just before I left. I just wish the weather had cooperated better during my stay. Parking is a bit of a struggle at this location, but that is a building issue, not the host's. The building has just had some work done and everything seemed to be in good working order, considering this is a 1964 building. This unit was clean and had everything the two of us needed. The people working in and around the property to keep it clean and maintained were amazing! They were so kind and welcoming. The location was perfect for us….. Across from a mini golf course, donuts and ice cream and just a few steps from Runaway Island bar and grill where you can walk up and get a drink from the beach. We walked all the way to Pier Park and it was an easy straight shot- just a little more than a mile. We never moved our vehicle from where we parked it on day one because we could walk to all of the places we wanted to go. There are multiple areas to lounge out of the sun if you’ve gotten too much sun on the beach. The views are lovely. The 5th floor rooftop patio was amazing - especially to watch the 4th of July fireworks. This will be the place we return to when we come to PCB! ##### Rob J. The only issue I had was the bed. I woke up sore everyday, my husband said it was the most comfortable bed he’s ever slept in. lol. So there ya go. We knew going in this wasn't going to be a massive house with tons of room, but it definitely was perfect for a Father's Day get away for a few days. It is very small, but works out fine. The road noise was a nuisance for us. The construction and amenities that were not available were disappointing. I would stay here again if I was 100% sure all construction was done and all amenities would be available. This is not really the condo owner’s fault, but it did affect our stay.
