There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Just the bare basics. So if you are cooking alot have your own ingredients, spices, etc. Beds were comfortable, not so much on the pull out bed. The little pond off the patio had lots of cute turtles to entain you. The beach is technically a walk across the road, although you're only walking across a nice breeze way bridge there. The pool area and Tiki bar are at the end of the bridge then the beach. ##### Krystal D. Close to nearby heated pool and clean condo. We loved all the amenities the resort had to offer also. I will say the only downfall was that there is no regular tv in the room with having to log in to personal accounts to watch things. I feel like this would be a downside to people who don’t have multiple streaming services. It leads u to believe it has a pool that goes around the building and a lazy river. It also leads u to believe it’s a remodeled unit clearly it is not. We were not given the starter supplies promised and when we reported that the dryer took 4 times to dry the laundry we were told someone would be over to repair. Guess what never happened. Stayed on the beach last year in Destin for a week and was given plenty of starter supplies also cost less for a truly remodeled home. Definitely would not recommend Real Joy vacations to anyone.
