We had four in our party but it is spacious enough for six. The area is peaceful and the neighbor next door was very friendly and helpful. Very well equipped, beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short distance from a beautiful beach. The neighborhood was quiet. It is definitely a neighborhood that is transitioning and not typical of where we would normally choose. But the other great things made up for that. There is a great little market a couple blocks away. We had issues with the TV’s but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It was a little disconcerting that the property shows up as an empty lot on Google with trailers around it v. Similar homes. Maybe there is a way you could indicate the google map photo is very outdated. Also not a fan of all the extra fees added on top of the listed price but I’m guessing this isn’t unusual for VRBO. ##### Lyn S.
