There is a $200 pet fee that must be paid prior to arrival. 3) Non-Smoking Property Policy: Our home is a strictly non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests who violate this policy will be required to vacate the property immediately and will be held responsible for ozone treatments and additional cleaning costs incurred. 4) Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
