It is nestled right on the beach, with no walk over, where stunning gulf front views melt your cares away. It is perfectly situated between C-30A's Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beaches, affording guests all the best North West Florida has to offer. This family home has been lovingly designed and decorated. From walls to flooring, kitchen cabinets to granite counter tops and stainless appliances, Therapedic mattresses to comfy furniture, it has been furnished for enjoyment, relaxation, and comfort. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a tropical garden leading to the front porch. There, you can relax in its shade and enjoy the fragrance of seasonal blossoms and birds songs. As you enter the house, you will experience what has been described as casual elegance. The soft hues and comfortable furnishings prompt sighs of relief and a sense of relaxation as you make yourself at home. The water beckons you through the house and invites you to step through that back door and bask in the beauty of your own Private beach. Awaiting you is a wonderland of memories. Morning sunrise walks along the shore, swimming, wave surfing, crab hunting, shell seeking, and sunsets viewed from the beach swings-just to name a few. Whether you are here as a couple or as a family, you will find your accommodations ready to offer everything you need for a loving romantic weekend or a fun vivacious time spent with loved ones. There are 2 master suits, with king sized beds and each with their own bathrooms. A 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed and shares a hall bath with the children's bunk bed 'berth', which has 4-5' built-in-bunks. The gourmet kitchen, dining room, and glass enclosed living room, or seaside room as it is called, are open to the water, bringing in all the beauty of the gulf coast. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Frigidaire Gallery stainless appliances. For the cook's convenience, there is a 5-eye range with a full size oven, along with a 2nd oven and microwave wall unit. There is ample storage room in the French doors refrigerator, and special attention was given to provide the quietest dishwasher possible. The kitchen also features an island/bar where guests can enjoy snacking or eating while seated on swivel bar stools. The dining room hosts a dining table that seats 8 and is accessorized with a hutch and buffet, providing plenty of space for entertaining. There are TV's in the kitchen/dining room, the seaside room and in all 3 bedrooms. Seating in the seaside room is more than adequate with 2 sofas, and two swivel/glider chairs. Both sofas add to the sleeping options by folding out into 2 queen sleeper sofas. The outdoor vistas are unique and inviting. The beachside deck is home to a gas grill and comfortable cushioned seating. There is also a dining table that seats 6\. 2 patio umbrellas offer shade during the day and can be lowered to enjoy the starry sky at night! The house looks as though it’s not being maintained! Air conditioning does not work properly, and when we walked in and saw all of the fans, we were concerned. We could not get one single tv to work the whole time that we were there. The inside was not as clean as it should have been, the dust buildup on lampshades was disgusting. Towel racks broken, furniture all around dingy. Outside not maintained properly, furniture falling apart, and outdoor grill is disgusting. For the amount of money we paid for 4 nights, the upkeep of the property overall was not worth it. Very disappointed. Location is great, beach access doesn’t get better. ##### Naomi M. The proximity to the beach was really important to us due to having elderly parents with us. This place did not disappoint. You literally walk off the deck onto the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower as well as the upper deck. Plenty of room in the living room for everyone to sit and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of bed linens. There is not a covered patio overlooking the ocean. The description describes a beautiful garden in the front but that is not being maintained. The bunk room is a closet with 4 bunk beds with no air or fan. Thankfully we did not need that space but I think others should be aware of this as the house seems to be on the warm side. The bedrooms are tiny with small closets and one room without a closet at all. The television in the master bedrooms need updated and we never did figure out how to get them to work. The port hole type windows need to be covered as you can see inside the house and one faces the master bathroom shower! Could not believe this! The water has a funky smell. One of the couches in the living room sinks drastically making it very difficult to sit on. The bedding is dingy “white” making us feel as though it’s not clean. The ceilings are very low so if you’re a tall family like we are be careful of the ceiling fans. For $8k for the week and mostly good reviews I expected nicer accommodations. ##### Kim F. The girls walked to Rosemary Beach for coffee every morning. They spent their days on the beach and deck, and evenings in Seaside a short drive down 30A. There is no cover over the deck. There is no open sky beside or behind the house because there are now 3 story homes on the right, the left and behind the house. There is no kids swing as the old pictures shows and the adult swing is not safe to use. There are and have been sand dunes and grass so it's not at all open like the picture shows. The listing listed a hot tub under "popular amenities" and there is no hot tub. The listing as since been updated as far as the hot tub goes but that was pretty disappointing when we arrived to not experience what the exterior pictures are showing and still are not showing. On a positive note, Ann was responsive which we appreciated when we let her know that the bathroom sink would not drain and the stopper was not working properly. We absolutely love this place. The new cushions on the deck furniture are so nice! The two king beds need new mattresses, though. The A/C filter needs to be changed. We looked for one but every place was sold out of 24x24\. We cleaned the drain in the West bathroom sink. Now it drains well. We’ve been vacationing in the panhandle for 50 years.
