Great location. Loved having access to the golf cart to zoom around. The place was clean. The place needs some attention / updating (no show stoppers); beach items were old / rusty, no beach towels included, bunk bed ladder was broken, displays on several items like the microwave didn’t work.

We really enjoyed this vacation. The house was spacious and well furnished and we loved the convenience of the included golf cart. The house was generally clean, but there was a little grime behind doors and on baseboards.

Perfect! Hate we had to leave! No need to bring beach chairs, there are some on the property. Very fast response if we needed help or just had a questions. We love how kid friendly this property is and the area. This property did not have bikes but we rented two the last couple of days. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great location. Lots of things to do in the area. It is a long walk from the nearest beach parking lot to the beach. Be sure and bring a wagon for transport.

#### 30a get-a-way

We had a lovely fall break vacation here! The home is a great location to many restaurants and shops. The golf cart helped so much! We’ve stayed in prominence several times and love the layout and family atmosphere.

#### You can’t make a wrong turn!

The condo is really nice and all the amenities are a great plus. Having a golf cart is such a necessity since parking can be hard to find anywhere you go. We like the convenience of location, you can’t really make a wrong turn, Rosemary beach to the left and Seaside to the right. We had a great time.

#### Fun area for families with small kids

Location was fantastic! Golf cart was a must, and how nice it was included. Pool is huge and perfect for kids. We had a few check in issues with wrong codes, but property manager was quick to help. Everything was super clean, and the master shower was so very nice! Keep in mind that they really provide just the basics, so we planned and brought all supplies like TP, laundry pods, cleaning spray/dish soap, etc. If you flew, you’d need to buy it all once you arrived. First floor laundry off 2 car garage was perfect for post beach. Also, only 4 chairs and 2 pool noodles available. We loved hanging at The Chill every day. We plan to rent again in the Prominence!

Property was very comfortable. Golf cart was a huge plus! We parked our vehicles and didn't move them the entire week. The best beach for us was Santa Clara due to the state park being closed.
