The unit is close to Pier Park and outside of that, there's a lot of restaurants or activities near by. The view is outstanding and the added beach chair service is great. The bed was comfortable, the layout and decor are nice but bring in the feel of the beach. You can grab an area map from Donovan's across the street that shows where all the restaurants and local activities are. It's nice to have the laundry setup if you want to do wash. We have stayed at Aqua yearly for over 13 years and this by far has been one of our favorite units! The app they have you download provides you with all the information you need plus some. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. The mattresses were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. They supplied travel toiletries and high quality toilet paper and paper towels on arrival. The bunk room had plenty of room for us to set up the pack-n-play with plenty of room. The table on the balcony overlooking the water was by far one of our favorite places to be and my 3 year old boy enjoyed the matching and tic-tac-toe game left for all to enjoy and their was lots of good hiding spots for rainy day hide and seek.
