Welcome to Akers of Fun, a spacious and luxurious 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom beach retreat in Seacrest Beach on scenic 30A. Perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys Beach, this gated home offers comfort, privacy, and walkable access to restaurants, shopping, and a private beach with tram service. With room for up to 12 guests, it's ideal for large families or groups  
  
The Space:  
Step inside Akers of Fun, where comfort and convenience meets coastal charm in this thoughtfully designed 3-story beach retreat. The spacious layout offers plenty of room for everyone to relax, gather, and unwind. The first floor features an open-concept living area, fully stocked kitchen, and dining space perfect for shared meals and game nights. Upstairs, you’ll find two beautiful king suites on the second floor - each with en suite bath - plus a fun-filled bunkroom featuring two twin-over-twin bunks that the kids will absolutely love. On the third floor, there’s another spacious king bedroom with a private bathroom nearby, It’s the ultimate retreat for rest and play with stylish coastal décor, multiple lounging areas including a third-floor media room, and outdoor seating on the deck, this home is made for making memories together.
